The rules of the fell

1. Who keeps the farmhouse

These terms govern your use of drystonefells.com ("Drystone Fells", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of drystonefells.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may walk the fells

Drystone Fells is for walkers aged 18 or over and no one younger. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. The coins in your map case

• Every game on the fells runs on virtual coins that are given out free of charge.
• Fell coins carry no monetary value; they are not money, not credit and not property.
• Fell coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the site sells nothing in the app.
• No prize of real-world value waits at any summit.
• We may alter or reset coins, levels and features on the fells at any time.

4. No real-money gambling on the fells

Drystone Fells neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and no path on the site leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your walker’s account

• The fold yard and the scree, the two worlds past the open steamer, need a free account. One account per person, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself, like the key to the fold gate. If anyone else has used your account, tell us straight away.
• Your account can be deleted whenever you like from your account page. Deletion takes effect at once and cannot be reversed.
• We may suspend an account used to disrupt the fells, or one we believe belongs to someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions belong to the account and not to you as property, and they may be reset.

6. Behaving on the fells

Do not try to knock down the site’s walls, point automated tools at it, offer coins in trade, or let anyone under 18 use it.

7. When the fells are open, and our liability

The site is provided “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. The law that applies to these terms

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, the same law that covers the fells.
